Extras	The entire bottom has been completely refinished, including complete sanding,
	12 months drying, and refinished with the Interlux barrier coat system.
	Both props new in 2000.
	Complete deck replacement, removed all balsa coring and replaced with cedar coring, refinished with new matching gel coat.
	All hardware rebedded on entire craft.
	The Twin 440's have been serviced with Amsoil Synthetic oils, along with the 6.5 Owens generator.
	All batteries replaced in 2000
	The interior has new everything - wallpaper-carpet-upholstery-etc;
	At this point in time we have invested approximately $13,000.00 in upgrading.
	There have been many other items replaced and upgraded.
